Would get more stars if it would REMIND me

What it does is great but Ive only used it once since getting it a few days ago because though it said "see you in a couple days!" after that first session, it did absolutely NOTHING to remind me. This app needs a reminder function because I find it very easy to forget to do something like push ups.
